15 yard for a steady mixed stream
The 15 yard roll-off is the size our customers book most. Its 4-foot walls are easy for staff to toss bags and boxes into, and it takes a steady stream of mixed waste between swaps.

Long-term dumpster rental is one of the biggest parts of what MAC Dumpsters does. A business, a property manager or a contractor on a long job keeps a 10, 15 or 20 yard roll-off on site, and we switch it out when it fills. We serve Baltimore City and Baltimore, Harford and Anne Arundel counties from the Middle River yard of an owner-operated roll-off dumpster company, and every long-term account is set up by phone.
MAC Dumpsters is an owner-operated roll-off company in Middle River, MD, run by Adam and Tara Graf since 2023. Long-term commercial service is one of our biggest lines, alongside one-time rentals across Baltimore City and Baltimore, Harford and Anne Arundel counties. We run our own hook-lift truck and 12 containers from 1112 Middle River Rd, with no subcontractors. Google reviewers rate us 5.0.
Yes. MAC Dumpsters sets up long-term service for businesses on a contract or agreement. The container stays on your property, and when it's full, we swap it for an empty one. The size, schedule and pricing are worked out with you by phone at (410) 205-5330, based on how much you throw away.
Customers who keep a container on site with us:
Most long-term customers keep a 15 yard, which is 14 feet long with 4-foot walls and fits behind most stores and buildings. A tight lot or a small business fits a 10 yard, 12 feet long with 38-inch sides. A contractor or a high-volume site fits a 20 yard with 64-inch walls. At MAC Dumpsters, we match the size to your space and your volume by phone.
The 15 yard roll-off is the size our customers book most. Its 4-foot walls are easy for staff to toss bags and boxes into, and it takes a steady stream of mixed waste between swaps.
At 12 feet long with 38-inch sides, the 10 yard dumpster fits a small lot or an alley spot where a longer container won't. It suits a shop or office that produces less.
The 20 yard dumpster rental suits a contractor on a long job, a property manager turning several units, or a site that fills a smaller container too fast. Its 64-inch walls take bulky debris between swaps.
A container that sits on site for a long time follows the same rules as any rental. Keep out anything with freon, such as refrigerators, coolers and air conditioners, plus paint, hazardous materials, and concrete, brick, block, asphalt and dirt. Tires, mattresses, e-waste and non-freon appliances can go in for a per-item fee. Our list of accepted and prohibited items has the full rules to share with your staff or tenants.
A container on your own lot usually needs no permit in the areas we serve. A container on a public street or right-of-way needs a permit, and the business or property owner gets it. Because a long-term container stays put, a spot on private property is almost always the better choice. Our guide to permit rules by area lists the issuing offices.
Our truck typically needs about 50 feet of straight-line room to back in, 12 to 14 feet overhead and 10 to 12 feet of width to set and swap a container. Those are typical numbers, not minimums. Pick a spot the truck can reach every time without moving parked cars, and call if it's tight.
Call (410) 205-5330 and tell us about the site: what you throw away, how much, where the container can sit and any access limits. We'll talk through size, swap-outs, pricing and the terms of your agreement. Then our truck delivers the container, and our driver handles every swap after that. Our page on how delivery and pickup work explains how a swap happens on site.
For long-term service and contractor work, pricing is set in a conversation. MAC Dumpsters arranges long-term pricing and terms by phone, based on your container size, volume and schedule. Our one-time rental prices are published and the same for everyone, and contractors can call about special pricing.
If you need a container for one job instead of ongoing service, see our short-term dumpster rental page, where every rate is listed.
Long-term service starts with a phone call to the people who own the company. The schedule and terms fit your site, not a preset plan.
Our 12 containers and our truck work out of a real yard at 1112 Middle River Rd. Your empty container comes from here, not from a third-party hauler.
Three sizes, from a 12-foot 10 yard to a 20 yard with 64-inch walls, let us fit the container to the space behind your building.

It's a container that stays at your site instead of leaving after one job. MAC Dumpsters offers this as long-term service on a contract or agreement. The schedule and pricing are set up by phone.

Yes. Contractors on long or multi-phase jobs can keep a container on site with swap-outs as it fills. Pricing and terms for contractors are set up by phone.
In most places, putting trash in someone else's dumpster without permission isn't allowed. Anything tossed in becomes part of the renter's load. Place a long-term container where your staff can keep an eye on it.
We do. MAC Dumpsters' own truck and driver take the full container away and set an empty one in its place. You can call or text when it's full.
Tell us about your site and what fills your container, and we'll set up the size, swaps and terms. Call (410) 205-5330. For a single project, you can book a one-time rental online.
