MAC Dumpsters rents to businesses two ways: a one-time roll-off for a cleanout, fit-out or unit turn, or a container that stays on site and gets swapped when it fills. One-time rentals run $375 to $550 with 14 days and no delivery fee, and ongoing service is set up by phone. Offices, stores, landlords and property managers across Baltimore City and Baltimore, Harford and Anne Arundel counties rent from our Baltimore-area roll-off company based in Middle River.

Two ways businesses rent from us
A business can rent a MAC Dumpsters container for one job or keep one on site. A one-time rental is booked online at a published price and stays 14 days. Ongoing service is a container that stays at your property on a contract or agreement, swapped out as it fills, with the details set up by phone.
Most offices and stores start with a one-time job. Our commercial dumpster rental page sizes office and retail cleanouts in detail, and a job that wraps up in a few days fits a short-term rental, where code 3DAY takes $50 off. If the trash keeps coming after the job is done, ongoing service is the better fit, and it's covered further down this page.
Business jobs and the container each one calls for
These are the one-time business jobs we rent for most, with the size we'd send and why.
Office cleanout
An office cleanout sends desks, chairs, filing cabinets, cubicle panels and boxes of old supplies to the curb. It's bulky more than heavy. A suite or small office fits a 15 yard dumpster, with about six pickup loads of room and a walk-in door for the desks.
Retail fit-out and tenant turnover
Turning over a storefront means tearing out the last tenant's build-out: drywall, counters, flooring, ceiling tile and shelving. That mix is dense, and a full space fills fast. The 20 yard roll-off brings 3 tons and 64-inch walls, which suits a full unit between leases.
Property-manager unit turns
A unit turn clears what the last tenant left and what the next one shouldn't see: old carpet, a worn mattress, a broken dresser, a vanity. One apartment is a small load. A 10 yard dumpster rental fits a single unit and a tight lot. A property with steady turnover is usually better off with ongoing service.
Eviction and foreclosure cleanout
These jobs clear a whole household at once, often in a hurry: furniture, clothes, mattresses, kitchen contents and whatever was left in the garage. Refrigerators and other freon appliances stay out. The 15 yard container fits many houses and apartments. A full house with a packed basement may need a 20.
Fixture disposal
Store closings and remodels leave display racks, gondola shelving, counters, signs and old lighting. It's awkward more than heavy, and the walk-in door helps racks go in upright. A 15 yard for fixtures handles most single-store jobs with 2 tons included.
Estimates assume standard 33-gallon trash bags and a full-size pickup bed loaded level with the sides. Actual capacity depends on the material and how it's loaded. Included tonnage applies no matter how full the dumpster looks, and weight over it is billed per ton.
Realtors and property managers clearing out a whole house before a listing or sale can see how we size those jobs on our whole-house cleanout containers page.
Ongoing dumpster service for your business
Long-term service is one of the biggest parts of what MAC Dumpsters does. A store, office, restaurant, apartment property or warehouse keeps a 10, 15 or 20 yard on site, and our truck swaps it for an empty one as it fills. The container size, the swap schedule, the pricing and the terms of the agreement are all worked out with you by phone, based on what your site throws away.
We don't publish long-term rates because no two sites fill a container the same way. Read how the service works on our long-term dumpster rental page, then call to set it up.
What a business rental has to work around
A spot that keeps the lot working
Put the container where it won't block customer parking, a loading dock or a fire lane, and where the truck can reach it without moving parked cars. Our truck typically needs about 50 feet of straight-line room, 12 to 14 feet overhead and 10 to 12 feet of width. A container on your own lot usually needs no permit in the areas we serve. One on a public street does, and the business gets it.
Delivery day around your hours
Tell us when your lot is quietest when you book, and we'll plan the drop for that day. The office takes calls Monday through Saturday, and the truck doesn't run Sundays. When the container is full, call or text for pickup. Our page on how delivery and pickup work walks through a swap step by step.
What staff can toss
Furniture, fixtures, cardboard and build-out debris all go in. Refrigerators, coolers and anything else with freon stay out, along with paint, hazardous materials, and concrete, brick, block, asphalt and dirt. Computers, monitors and non-freon appliances go in at $35 each. Everyday bagged trash from the break room or the sales floor stays with your regular garbage collection, not the roll-off.
Why are dumpster rentals so expensive?
The price pays for more than the container. A MAC Dumpsters rental covers the truck trip out and back, 14 days on site, and landfill disposal of the included tonnage. A 10 yard is $375 with 1.5 tons, a 15 yard is $450 with 2 tons and a 20 yard is $550 with 3 tons, with no delivery fee, trip charge or fuel surcharge. We dispose of every load according to local and state regulations.
What moves a bill is weight over the included tons, at $125 per ton, and days past 14, at $25 per day. Both are published, along with the per-item fees, on our full pricing schedule.
What sets MAC apart for business customers
One call covers a cleanout or a standing container
The same number books a one-time job and sets up ongoing service. You don't get handed to a different department when a cleanout turns into a regular need.
Rates your office manager can check
Every one-time price and fee is published before you order. The number on the invoice can be checked against the website.
No broker between you and the truck
We own the truck and the containers. The company you call is the company that shows up.
Business locations we serve
We deliver to businesses and rental properties across Baltimore City and Baltimore, Harford and Anne Arundel counties, including Pikesville, Rosedale, Timonium, Edgewood and Glen Burnie. There's no delivery fee to any address in that area. Find your location on our delivery area map.
Business dumpster questions
What is a dump tipping fee?
It's the charge a landfill or transfer station collects for each ton it accepts. At MAC Dumpsters, disposal of the included tonnage is part of the rental price. Weight over the included tons is billed at $125 per ton after the load is weighed at the landfill.
Can I leave a couch by the dumpster?
No. Only what's inside the container gets hauled, so a couch left beside it stays behind. If tenants or staff will be adding to the load, tell them everything goes inside, level with the top edge.
Who cleans out a house after an eviction?
Usually the landlord or property manager, with their own crew or a hired one. MAC Dumpsters rents the container for the job and hauls it away; we don't do the cleanout labor. A 15 yard at $450 fits many houses, and a 20 yard at $550 takes a full one.
Can old filing cabinets go in a dumpster?
Yes. Metal and wood filing cabinets go in all three MAC Dumpsters sizes as furniture, with no extra fee. Empty them first, and shred any records with private information before they leave the office. The walk-in door makes heavy cabinets easier to load.
Can a dumpster be delivered to a vacant building?
Yes. Tell us exactly where the container should go when you book, and make sure the spot is clear and the truck can reach it. When the job is done, request pickup by call or text, so no one has to wait on site.
