We rent 10, 15 and 20 yard containers to businesses, property owners and contractors in Baltimore City and Baltimore, Harford and Anne Arundel counties. Our 12 containers move on our own hook-lift truck, never a subcontractor's. Google reviewers give us a 5.0 rating.

Book onlineYes. A business rents a roll-off for a single job the same way a homeowner does, with no service plan attached. MAC Dumpsters rents 15 and 20 yard containers for office cleanouts, retail fit-outs and tenant turnovers. Each rental comes with 14 days on site and set tonnage, and the container leaves when the job does.
One-time business jobs we rent for:
A 15 yard handles most small offices and single storefronts, with room for about six pickup truck loads. A full-floor clearout, a large store or a turnover with a build-out fits a 20 yard at about eight loads. At MAC Dumpsters, the 15 yard includes 2 tons and the 20 yard includes 3 tons, so the 20 also suits fit-outs heavy with drywall.
Book the 15 yard dumpster for a small office suite, a single retail space or a stockroom. Its 4-foot walls keep hand loading easy for a staff crew, and the walk-in door takes desks and shelving without lifting them over the side. It's the size our customers book most.
Book the 20 yard roll-off when a whole floor is emptying, a large store is closing or a new tenant's build-out is tearing out walls and ceilings. It holds about two more pickup loads than the 15 and includes a full extra ton, for $100 more.
Estimates assume standard 33-gallon trash bags and a full-size pickup bed loaded level with the sides. Actual capacity depends on the material and how it's loaded. Included tonnage applies no matter how full the dumpster looks, and weight over it is billed per ton.
Businesses run into a few items that can't ride in a roll-off. Refrigerated display cases, reach-in coolers and air conditioners hold freon, so they can't go in. Paint, hazardous materials, and concrete, brick, block, asphalt and dirt are out too.
Computers, monitors, printers and other e-waste can go in at $35 each, as can non-freon appliances. Mattresses from a hotel or rental unit are $30 each, and tires are $15 each. Anything not on those lists that you're unsure of, call before it goes in.
Usually, yes. A parking lot is private property, so in most areas we serve a container there needs no permit. If you lease the space, get the property owner's OK first. A container on the street or sidewalk needs a right-of-way permit, which the business gets itself. Plan the spot so the container doesn't block fire lanes or customer entrances.
Our truck typically needs about 50 feet of straight-line room to back in, 12 to 14 feet overhead and 10 to 12 feet of width. Those are typical numbers, not minimums, so call if the lot is tight. Rules differ by county and town, and our guide to dumpster permit rules shows who issues them where.
Work back from the date the space has to be empty. Book the container to arrive when clearing starts, since the 14 days count from delivery day. A move-out that's done in a weekend can use code 3DAY, which takes $50 off a rental of 3 days or less.
For a fit-out, have the container on site the day demolition of the old build-out begins. If it fills before the walls are done, a second container costs the same as the first. Our office is open Monday 8 to 4, Tuesday through Thursday 8 to 6, Friday 8 to 2 and Saturday 10 to 2. More on booking windows and pickups is on our page about how delivery and pickup work.
Book online or call (410) 205-5330 with the address and the spot for the container. Order by noon for the best chance at same-day delivery, depending on availability. Our hook-lift truck slides the container straight back into place.
Your staff or crew loads it, level with the top edge. An overfilled container may not be hauled until the extra comes off, because loose debris can fall onto the road. Text or call when you're done, and we'll pick it up and bill any overage after the load is weighed.
A cleanout doesn't come with a service plan. You rent the container for the job, pay the published price, and it leaves when the job's done.
Every container has a hinged walk-in door. Desks, filing cabinets and display racks roll or carry straight in, which saves your staff from lifting them over a wall.
Our office takes calls Monday through Saturday, including Saturday morning. A weekend move-out can still reach us for a pickup.
We bring commercial dumpsters to Baltimore City and across Baltimore, Harford and Anne Arundel counties, including Towson, White Marsh, Dundalk, Bel Air and Annapolis. There's no delivery fee to any business in that area. Check your location on our list of cities we serve.

Yes. Shelving, display racks, counters and signage from a store are accepted as cleanout debris. Take metal shelving apart so the pieces lie flat, and carry long sections in through the walk-in door.
