An estate cleanout empties a whole house at once, so MAC Dumpsters sizes it for volume first. Most estates fit a 15 yard at $450 or a 20 yard at $550, each with 14 days and no delivery fee, and a full container can be switched out for an empty one at the rental price. We deliver across Baltimore City and Baltimore, Harford and Anne Arundel counties from the yard of a Middle River roll-off dumpster company.
MAC Dumpsters is an owner-operated dumpster rental company in Middle River, MD, started in 2023 by Adam and Tara Graf. Adam runs operations and Tara helps in the office. We rent 10, 15 and 20 yard containers across Baltimore City and Baltimore, Harford and Anne Arundel counties, using our own hook-lift truck and a fleet of 12 containers. We're rated 5.0 on Google.

20 yard $550 about 8 pickup loads includes 3 tons
Book onlineEstimates assume standard 33-gallon trash bags and a full-size pickup bed loaded level with the sides. Actual capacity depends on the material and how it's loaded. Included tonnage applies no matter how full the dumpster looks, and weight over it is billed per ton.
An estate cleanout clears everything the family doesn't keep. That's furniture in every room, beds and mattresses, clothes and linens, kitchen goods, books and papers, and whatever filled the basement, attic and garage over the years. Once the house is empty, some families also pull up old carpet or tear out a dated kitchen before listing.
Cleanouts that follow this pattern:
A 3 bedroom house with a full basement or garage usually needs a 20 yard dumpster, which holds about eight pickup truck loads. If family has already taken much of the furniture, a 15 yard at about six loads may be enough. At MAC Dumpsters, the 20 yard includes 3 tons for $550, and a swap-out brings a fresh one if the house isn't empty yet.
Book the 15 yard dumpster rental when the family has already taken what they want and you're clearing what's left. It also fits a condo, an apartment, a small rancher or a house that's getting a second pass after an earlier cleanout. Its 4-foot walls are easy to load by hand, which matters when family members are doing the carrying.
Book our largest container when every room, the basement and the garage are going at once. It holds about two more pickup loads than the 15 and includes a full extra ton. For a packed house, one 20 yard is often the whole job, and a swap covers the rest.
A dumpster on the house's own driveway or yard usually needs no permit in the counties we serve. If it has to sit on the street, a right-of-way permit is needed, and the person handling the estate gets it. In Baltimore City rowhome blocks, the street is often the only choice, and the standard processing time there is 15 days, so apply early. If the house is in an HOA or condo community, check its rules too. Our permit rules by area page lists who issues permits where.
Our truck typically needs about 50 feet of straight-line room, 12 to 14 feet overhead and 10 to 12 feet of width. Call if the driveway is tight or shared.
A packed house can fill a container before it's empty. When that happens, text or call us. We take the full container to the landfill and set an empty one in the same spot, at the same price as the rental, with fresh tonnage included. You never need room for two containers at once, and the job keeps moving. Our page on scheduling your pickup walks through how a swap is timed. We dispose of every load according to local and state regulations.
Book online and pick a delivery day, or call (410) 205-5330. Order by noon for the best chance at same-day delivery, depending on availability. Our hook-lift truck slides the container straight back into place at the house. Fill it over your 14 days, ask for a swap if you need one, and text us when you're done so we can pick it up.
Swap-outs keep a whole-house job on one driveway spot. The full container leaves, an empty one takes its place, and you pay the rental price again with fresh tonnage.
You can book online, pick the delivery day and request pickup by text. For an executor who lives an hour or a state away, that's a cleanout with fewer trips.
Mattresses, box springs, electronics and appliances each have a set fee, published before you book. You can count them in the house and know the total before they go in.
We deliver to Baltimore City and across Baltimore, Harford and Anne Arundel counties, including Rosedale, Nottingham, Joppa and Havre de Grace. No address in that area pays a delivery fee. See where we deliver for every town we serve.
Yes. You can book a MAC Dumpsters container for any address we serve, even if you don't live there. Book online with the house's address, and text us when you're ready for pickup.
Yes. A second container costs the same as the first. Most estates use a swap-out instead, where we take the full container and drop an empty one in the same spot at the rental price, with fresh tonnage.
Yes, a piano counts as furniture and is accepted. Pianos are heavy, and an upright can weigh several hundred pounds, so it uses a good share of the included tonnage. Use the container's walk-in door instead of lifting it over the side.
Keep old paint out of the dumpster, because MAC Dumpsters can't accept it. Set the cans aside and ask your county where it takes household paint. Keep the lids on tight until they're dropped off.
Work room by room, starting near the door, and plan on more than one container. A 20 yard with swap-outs is the usual setup, since each full container is replaced at the rental price with fresh tonnage. Wear gloves and a mask, and set aside hazardous materials, paint and freon appliances, which can't go in.
Tell us about the house and how full it is, and we'll match the size and plan the swaps. Book online, or call (410) 205-5330 to talk through your debris.
